Instructions

  1. Soften the ice cream (leave out of the freezer for about 15 minutes)
  2. Swirl the salted caramel through the ice cream – making pretty patterns
  3. Return to the freezer until frozen solid
  4. Serve topped with more salted caramel, chocolate shavings and a sprinkling of Maldon salt

Notes

You can substitute Maldon salt for any other salt flakes
