Shipping FAQ
We endeavour to process your order as soon as possible. Best calculate three to four business days for your orders to arrive.
Peel’s provides the following shipping options:
- free door-to-door courier for all orders >R500
- R69.99 for door-to-door courier for smaller orders
- Custom shipping rates for certain exceptionally large or heavy items, e.g. bee hives, which exceed standard courier restrictions
Once our couriers have received the shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number. We currently only process orders in South Africa.
If, after you have ordered a product, it is found to be out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer a refund, whether we can supply an alternative product, or how long it will take for us to have new stock available.
