RASPBERRY AND HONEY SOFTSERVE
300g frozen raspberries
60ml Peel’s Multiflora Squeeze honey
1 egg white
120g fresh raspberries for serving
Chopped mint for serving
Place the frozen raspberries, honey and egg white in a food processor and process until light and fluffy. This may take a few minutes
Work fast and spoon the soft serve into a piping bag fitted with a plain or star nozzle and pipe into 4 serving glasses.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.
